Where I have ITA, you should have ENG. Click there, you will be presented with a list of any available keyboards.
Under that should be 'Language Preferences'.
(yes, I play World of Tanks haha)
Where I have circled the "+" box, you just need to click it and find the language you want and you should have it on then.
